Where to ditch?
If you tried your best, but for any reason, you are not able to avoid certain plastics in your life,
there are a few locations on Sint Maarten where you can bring certain waste to give it a new life:
Drop off your #2 and #5 plastics at Perpetual Plastics in Cole Bay, next to Burger King. You can see the # plastic often on the bottom of an item. Open on Tue & Fri from 9:00am - 4pm.
Meadowlands provides bins where you can drop of for recycling: cardboard, plastic bottles, and aluminium cans. They are located opposite Carrefour on Bush Road.
A foundation that tackles food waste, supports vulnerable families, and runs a thrift store. Donate 2nd hand clothing, toys, furniture, appliances, instead of throwing it away.
